Doug has extensive experience in design, facilitation, strategy, coaching and measurement of leadership development, team effectiveness and sales training.  He led global leadership development for all managers at Pfizer, a Fortune 50 company and two time winner of  Training Magazine’s #1 Training Company award.  His programs have produced award winning results in behavior change and return on investment. Doug skillfully facilitates learning programs as well as team interventions with participants ranging from executives to individual contributors.  In addition to leadership development, he has also served in multiple roles in sales training, sales and the United States Army.  Doug is a graduate of West Point and has certificates from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government (Leadership Development & Adaptive Leadership) and Columbia University (Organization Development & HR Management).
